Again, people need to look before crossing and driver’s need to look and be careful ,but things happens in secondss of an eye,Hope all is well and wish everyone good new’s ,sadfor the both of them…
Really?! What’s the malfunction? I have never heard of so many “struck pedestrians” in all my years in this area as I have in the past year.
It’s most likely cell phones…… I’d tend to say starting there is a safe bet.
