I don’t understand? Do they buy a buggy tag like we do for our cars?
Do they have insurance to cover our vehicles if they cause damage? Why are they permitted on roads if they don’t have to obey the laws? I see them at various times of the day and evening, No lights of any kind, kids not seat belted in. Seriously I get it’s their way but why do we have to jeopardize ourselves to be on the watch for careless and reckless no light buggies!! I am always afraid their horse may spook and jump from another vehicle. It’s a very dangerous situation that puts licensed vehicles at risk and to guilty.
