Carroll County Ohio, Judge Mike Repella reduced Matthew Little’s bond to $1 million dollars during an arraignment hearing this morning. If his bond is posted, Little must remain on the family owned farm, wear a GPS monitor and can leave the farm only to report to his probation officer.
