expected. - WHERE…Portions of northwest, southwest, west central and
western Pennsylvania, east central Ohio and northern and
northern panhandle of West Virginia. - WHEN…From 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EDT Friday.
- IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
Isolated to scattered severe storms are possible this afternoon and
evening. Damaging wind gusts may occur. An isolated tornado can not
be ruled out.
