Bond set for 2 involved in Stabbing incident

41-year-old Arthur Ginier III of New Philadelphia and 35-year-old Kimberly Jarvis of Uhrichsville are both being held on $250,000 bond in connection with a Sunday night stabbing and vehicle theft in Dover. 

After being booked into the Tuscarawas County Jail on Tuesday night, Arthur Ginier, 41, of New Philadelphia and Kim Javis, 35, of Uhrichsville, were ordered to stay in jail on a $250,000 bond for their alleged roles in connection with a Sunday night stabbing and vehicle theft in Dover. The pair was taken into custody in Summit County Tuesday afternoon. 
The US Marshall Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force worked diligently to apprehend the couple after a vehicle they allegedly stole was recovered in the Akron area. 
They were picked up while attempting to purchase a pair of Greyhound tickets at a terminal. 

The pair has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated robbery in conjuction with an alleged stabbing of Alexander Henry, 23, of New Philadelphia on Sunday night that resulted in the pair stealing the victim’s truck, a Ford F150, from Martin Street in Dover. The man was life-flighted from Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital to a trauma center where surgery for the stab wound was completed. 
The Ford was recovered a few hours later a short distance from the scene. However, a second vehicle was allegedly stolen later in the evening by the pair. It was recovered in Akron on Monday.
