Carroll County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matt Little On multiple charges today on a grand jury indictment in the death of Jonathan Minard.
14-year-old Jonathan Minard, who was found in a shallow grave on April 19.
The Carroll County Coroner ruled the case a homicide with the teen’s death caused by “acute fentanyl intoxication.”

The drug issues in Carroll County are unbelievable. The issue I have with it is what have the people there done differently. They keep re-electing a sheriff that under his tenure the drug issue has gotten increasing worse! They have no plan to stop the flow of drugs into the county. This case just brings to light the issues. The kid took the drugs. Yes this guy supplied them and facilitated the death. But that is not the big issue. You want change you have to actually do something to make that happen.
